1.1 Online and Face-to-Face Appointments: Payments for hypnotherapy sessions are non-refundable. We commit our resources and time to preparing for each session, and cancellations may result in the inability to accommodate other clients.

1.2 Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a booked session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your rescheduled appointment.

2. Self-Help Starter Pack Returns Policy

2.1 Faulty or Damaged Items: In the rare event that your self-help starter pack arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at [email protected]]within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the postage fee.

2.2 Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for self-help starter packs due to a change of mind. Please review the product details before placing your order.

3.2 Starter Pack: Refunds for the self-help starter pack will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
